Power options

The ControlGo device supports multiple power options to ensure continuous operation in various scenarios:

Power option description
USB-C Power InputUSB-C Power Input: Supports PD3.0 standards. Voltage range 5-12V.
NP-F BatteriesNP-F Batteries: Slots for two NP-F batteries for extended usage. Compatible with NP-F550, F570, F750, F770, F960, and F970 models.
V-Mount BatteriesV-Mount Batteries: Supports 14.4V V-Mount batteries. Optional V-Mount adapter available.
Direct DC InputDirect DC Input: 12-48V via Weipu SA6 or SA12 connectors.

Battery Priority and Backup

  • Wired Power Priority:

    • When both wired power and batteries are connected, the device prioritizes wired power.
    • Batteries serve as a backup in case of power interruption.
  • Continuous Operation:

    • With multiple power options, ensure a seamless transition between power sources for uninterrupted operation.

Charging and Usage

Power Consumption: ControlGo has a maximum power consumption of 8Wh.

  • Charging NP-F Batteries: Refer to the specific battery manual for charging instructions.

  • Using V-Mount Batteries:

    • Attach the V-Mount adapter to the ControlGo.
    • Securely mount the V-Mount battery onto the adapter.
  • Direct DC and USB-C Power:

    • Connect the appropriate DC or USB-C power source to the corresponding port.
    • Ensure the power source matches the required voltage specifications.
