Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend first trying to create the fixture yourself using the Fixture Builder, which is designed to make you independent in fixture creation. If you are unable to create the fixture, your next step should be to contact the manufacturer, who may have a dedicated manufacturer account and can provide the fixture directly. If neither of these options results in a solution, you can submit a request to us.
Please note that fulfilling a fixture request through our service can take several weeks, so using the Fixture Builder or contacting the manufacturer is often the quickest and most efficient approach.
FIXTURE REQUEST

Download the fixture you need (or the entire library here). Connect ControlGo to your PC via the USB-C port. Drag and drop the XML fixture files into the "manufacturer" or "user" folder. Then, restart the device.

To download a fixture, you have two options: you can either download a single file (one product with all its modes) or download the entire library of created fixtures.
Download a single fixture: Go to the library, select the fixture, and click the ACTION button to find the DOWNLOAD XML option.
Download the entire library: Go to the download section located at the top right of our fixture builder.

Absolutely! Fixture creation is open to everyone. If you are a manufacturer, please email us to have your manufacturer account verified.
